I had the best stay ever! The hotel facilities were amazing, with a beautifully designed rooftop that allowed for stargazing and relaxation. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the modern design added a nice touch. The location in downtown Tulum was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main street. Plus, the hotel provided parking and had bike rentals right across the street, making transportation easy. The staff, especially Mike, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They provided helpful advice and were always available to answer any questions. The freshly made breakfast every morning was a delightful bonus.
